Heatray Overhead Gas Heaters are unlike traditional patio heaters. HeatRay overhead gas heaters utilise radiant heat technology, which is similar to the sun's energy, but without the harmful ultraviolet rays.
The radiant energy (or heat) produced by HeatRay overhead gas heaters, is absorbed by people and surrounding objects. The units do not heat the air which blows away. Therefore, you are not paying for wasted energy, heating "dead zones", normally associated with traditional patio heaters.
Wall mounted heaters, as well as self contained portable units utilising the convenience of LPG are available. Manual or fully automatic electric ignition can be specified at time of order. Reflectors are made of stainless steel for high thermal efficiency. All unit components are concealed within an attractive powder coated casing, with the exception of the column mount unit, Model 112s which is all stainless steel.
